Dr. Abdullah Al Mamun is a highly experienced ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat), Head and Neck Specialist and Surgeon with extensive expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of disorders affecting the ear, nose, throat, thyroid, and head-neck region. He is dedicated to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care through advanced medical and surgical techniques.
After earning his MBBS from Sher-e-Bangla Medical College, he completed MCPS and the prestigious FCPS in ENT, followed by a Diploma in Laryngology & Otology (DLO) from Bangladesh Medical University (BMU). He further enhanced his surgical expertise by obtaining FICS (USA) and completing advanced Fellowship Training in Micro Ear Surgery and Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) in Chennai, India.
Dr. Mamun currently serves as the Head of the Department of ENT & Head–Neck Surgery at Ad-Din Akij Medical College, Khulna, where he plays a leading role in patient care, medical education, surgical training, and academic development.
His areas of special expertise include Micro Ear Surgery, Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS), Tonsil and Adenoid Surgery, Nasal Polyp Surgery, Chronic Sinus Disease, Septal Deviation (Deviated Nasal Septum), Thyroid Surgery, Head and Neck Tumor Surgery, Eardrum Repair (Tympanoplasty), Hearing Disorders, Vertigo, Voice Disorders, Snoring, and the diagnosis and treatment of ENT diseases using advanced endoscopic technology. He is also highly experienced in the safe removal of foreign bodies from the nose, ear, and throat in both children and adults.
