Dr. Afroza Parvin Rumpa is a Senior Consultant Radiologist at Popular Medical College Hospital, Dhanmondi. She completed her MBBS from Sir Salimullah Medical College in 2004 and FCPS in Radiology in January 2010. She has 15 years of post-fellowship experience in Radiology and Imaging.
She performs CT and MRI examinations covering neuro, abdominal, head and neck, gynecological, colorectal, pelvic, breast, musculoskeletal and spine imaging, along with peripheral, cardiac, pulmonary, cerebral and abdominal angiograms. Her special interests include neuro, musculoskeletal, spine and abdominal imaging interpretation. She also has vast experience in performing Ultrasonography of all body systems, interpreting general and contrast x rays .She has attended national and international conferences and workshops and has approximately 17 publications in national peer-reviewed journals.
