Dr. C M Mosabber Rahman was born on February 2, 1986, in Rajshahi. He completed his SSC from Adamjee Cantonment Public School in Dhaka in 2002 and HSC from Notre Dame College in 2004. After initially studying Civil Engineering at BUET, he later pursued Medicine at Dhaka Medical College (Batch K-62) and graduated with an MBBS degree in 2011. During his internship in 2012, he was recommended for the health cadre in the 31st BCS.
He has been working in government service since January 15, 2013. His qualification includes MS in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery.
