Dr. Fouzia Akter is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics & Gynaecology and an Infertility Specialist with 16 years of experience in women's healthcare. She completed her MBBS from Rangpur Medical College and joined the Government Health Service of Bangladesh in 2010. She has been serving in government healthcare for the past 16 years and is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Rangpur Medical College & Hospital. She earned her MCPS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology in 2018 and FCPS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology in 2020. Dr. Fouzia has received higher training in infertility management, intrauterine insemination (IUI), laparoscopy, and hysteroscopy. She provides comprehensive care for infertility, pregnancy, antenatal and postnatal health, and routinely manages both normal and high-risk pregnancies. She is experienced in performing caesarean sections and various gynaecological and laparoscopic surgeries. She also performs Transvaginal Sonography (TVS) and Saline Infusion Sonography (SIS) for infertility evaluation and treatment planning.
