She served as Ex Assistant Director (Clinical Contraception) at the District Family Planning Office, Kishoreganj, and has 30 years of field-level experience working at Upazila Family Planning Offices in Kishoreganj District, particularly in preventive services. Her work has included maternal and child health, with special attention to infertility.
