Dr. Mahedi Hasan is a Senior Consultant and Head of the Department of Gastroenterology & Hepatology at Central Police Hospital, Dhaka, with more than 15 years of experience in Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Advanced GI Endoscopy.
He completed his MBBS, MD in Gastroenterology, MRCPS from Glasgow, MACP from the USA, and MACG from the USA. He has also received specialized training in GI Interventions in Singapore and Korea.
His areas of special interest include diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, ERCP, hepatology, pancreaticobiliary diseases, inflammatory bowel disease, and gastrointestinal cancers. He is committed to providing ethical, compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered care through excellence in clinical practice, advanced endoscopy, continuous professional learning, and patient education.
