Major (Dr.) Md. Azizur Rahman is a Classified Child Specialist and Pediatric Nephrologist currently serving at Combined Military Hospital (CMH), Dhaka, Bangladesh. He completed his MBBS from Rajshahi Medical College in 2008 and obtained his MD in Pediatric Nephrology from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), Dhaka, in 2016. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in pediatrics and pediatric nephrology. He has a special interest in Clinical Pediatric Nephrology, CAPD, Dialysis and Renal Transplantation. He also received IPNA Fellowship training in Pediatric Nephrology, Dialysis and Transplantation at National University Hospital, Singapore. Dr. Azizur Rahman is an active member of several national and international professional organizations, including the Bangladesh Medical Association (BMA), Bangladesh Pediatric Association (BPA), Pediatric Nephrology Society of Bangladesh (PNSB), International Pediatric Nephrology Association (IPNA), and International Society of Nephrology (ISN). He also serves as the International Affairs Secretary of PNSB. He has participated in numerous international scientific conferences and has published 20 research articles in national and international journals. He is committed to providing specialized, evidence-based care for children with kidney and urinary system-related disorders.
