He completed his MBBS frofrom Ibrahim Medical College,BIRDEM followed by postgraduate training at Chittagong Medical College. He later earned his D-card in Cardiology from the Bangladesh Medical University, one of Bangladesh's premier institutes for cardiovascular medicine.
