Dr. Md. Murad Hossain completed his MBBS degree in 2010. He subsequently joined Dhaka National Medical Institute Hospital as a Medical Officer and served there until 2013. He completed his Certificate Course in Diabetology (CCD) from BIRDEM in 2012. In October 2013, he joined the Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) as a Cadre Officer in the Health Cadre.
In 2019, Dr. Hossain was awarded a full merit scholarship by the Japan Dermatological Association (JDA) to complete the Postgraduate Diploma in Dermatology & Dermatosurgery, jointly conducted by the Governments of Thailand and Japan at the Institute of Dermatology, Bangkok, Thailand. He successfully completed this postgraduate training program in 2020.
He was also awarded a full merit scholarship by the International Society of Sexual Medicine (ISSM) to attend the European Society for Sexual Medicine (ESSM) School in Budapest, Hungary. He is a Fellow of the European Committee of Sexual Medicine (FECSM).
Throughout his career, Dr. Hossain has participated in numerous national and international seminars and conferences over the past 15 years. He previously served as a Junior Consultant at Kuwait Bangladesh Friendship Government Hospital, Uttara, Dhaka; 250 Bed General Hospital, Naogaon; and Upazila Health Complex, Kaliakair, until January 2023. Currently, he is working as a Junior Consultant at Ahsan Ullah Master General Hospital, Tongi, Gazipur.
