Dr. Rajib Kumar Paul is a dedicated and experienced Orthopaedic and Trauma Specialist Surgeon with a strong academic background, extensive clinical experience, international professional training, and a patient-centred approach to medical care. He is currently serving as a Consultant in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy and as a Residential Surgeon in Orthopaedics and Traumatology at Khulna Medical College Hospital.
Dr. Paul completed both his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) from BAF Shaheen College, where he developed a strong foundation of academic discipline and excellence. He subsequently completed his MBBS from Rajshahi Medical College in 2009 with outstanding academic performance. He later completed his postgraduate training in Orthopaedics and Traumatology from (BSMMU)/ BMU formerly known as PG Hospital, Dhaka.
Throughout his professional career, Dr. Rajib Kumar Paul has continuously pursued advanced knowledge and modern surgical techniques. He has received professional training and international exposure in India, Singapore, Switzerland, and Australia. These experiences have broadened his understanding of modern orthopaedic practice, trauma surgery, sports medicine, arthroscopy, patient safety, rehabilitation, and evidence-based treatment protocols.
Dr. Paul has extensive experience in the management of orthopaedic and trauma conditions, including fractures, complex injuries, sports-related injuries, joint problems, and other musculoskeletal disorders. He has successfully performed more than 500 orthopaedic and trauma-related surgical procedures. His professional practice is built upon meticulous surgical planning, careful patient selection, precise operative techniques, strict infection-control practices, and comprehensive peri-operative care.
One of the most important aspects of Dr. Paul’s professional commitment is his strong focus on post-operative care and functional recovery. He believes that successful treatment does not end after surgery.
