Prof. Dr. Dipak Kumar Nag is one of Bangladesh's leading Vitreo-Retina Specialists, with more than 35 years of clinical experience in ophthalmology. He earned his MBBS, FCPS (Bangladesh), FRCS (Glasgow), FACS (USA), FRFA (India), and two prestigious Master of Science (MSc) degrees from University College London (UCL, UK) and the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM, UK). He also completed a fellowship at the Retina Foundation, Ahmedabad, India.
He is currently serving as the Professor & Head of the Department of Vitreo-Retina at the National Institute of Ophthalmology, Dhaka. His expertise includes the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, macular diseases, vitreoretinal disorders, retinal laser therapy, and advanced retina surgery. Dr. Nag is dedicated to providing evidence-based, patient-centered eye care using the latest diagnostic and surgical technologies.
