Prof Dr. Md Zahed Hossain is a Professor of Neurosurgery and has 33 years of experience in the surgical discipline, including 20 years of experience in neurosurgery. He has served as Professor and Head of the Department of Neurosurgery at the National Institute of Neurosciences and Hospital, Dhaka.
His clinical specialties include neurosurgery and spine surgery. He completed MBBS from Chittagong Medical College in 1989, FCPS in Surgery in 1999, MS in Neurosurgery from Bangladesh Medical University in 2007, and FACS in 2022.
He has published more than 20 national and international original research articles in journals and has contributed as a chapter author to four textbooks published by international publishers, including Springer.
