Prof. Dr. Neaz T. Parveen is a Professor and Head of the Department of Gynecology & Obstetrics at Marks Medical College & Hospital and a Senior Consultant at Impulse Hospital. She holds MBBS, DOWH (Ireland), FACS (USA), and FCPS (Obs & Gynae) qualifications.
She obtained her MBBS degree from Sir Salimullah Medical College in 1989. After completing her internship, she worked for 12 years under the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia and served as a specialist at King Fahad Hospital.
After returning to Dhaka, she worked as an Assistant Professor and Associate Professor in the Department of Gynecology at Sikder Medical College and East West Medical College. She has specialized training in Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery, Infertility Treatment, and Gynecological Ultrasonography.
She performs normal deliveries, cesarean sections, uterine surgeries, and various complex gynecological surgeries, with particular experience in pain-free normal delivery.
She regularly participates in national and international seminars and conferences and health-related programs on radio, television channels, and Facebook.
