Professor Dr. K. M. Rafiqul Islam Shetu is a Spine, Trauma, and Orthopedic Surgeon with clinical and academic expertise. He serves as a Professor in the Spine Surgery Unit, Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Bangladesh Medical University (BMU), Dhaka.
He completed MBBS from Sir Salimullah Medical College, MS (Ortho) from the National Institute of Traumatology, Orthopedic and Rehabilitation (NITOR), FCPS (Ortho) from the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons, and MRCS (Surgery) from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He is also a PhD Fellow in Spine at Bangladesh Medical University.
