Professor Dr. Sadia Sajmin Siddiqua completed her MBBS from Dhaka Medical College in 1996 and joined the Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) in the 18th Batch. She subsequently completed her FCPS in Surgery from Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons (BCPS) in 2003. She completed basic laparoscopic training from BIRDEM Academy and later obtained a Diploma in Minimal Access Surgery from AMASI, India. She also undertook a certificate course in Medical Education from BIRDEM Academy and received specialized training in Advanced Breast Surgery from the School of Oncoplastic Breast Surgery, Dhaka.
